Ingredients
- Juice of one lemon, or 2 Tbsp. if using bottled lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp. white sugar or maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. of olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to a jar and shake, or quickly blend with an immersion blender.
