I've been told this dressing is far more tangy, more garlic-forward than the real thing. But that's why I like it so much.

Avocado-Lime Dressing
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar 4 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper Directions Add all ingredients to a jar and shake, or quickly blend with an immersion blender. Serve it with apples, walnuts, and red onion.
Italian Dressing
Ingredients 2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar 1 tsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp. olive oil ½ tsp each of onion and garlic powder, thyme, basil and oregano.
