Tangy Lemon Dressing

Ingredients Juice of one lemon, or 2 Tbsp. if using bottled lemon juice 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tsp. white sugar or maple syrup 2 Tbsp. of olive oil 2 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper Directions Add all ingredients to a jar and shake, or quickly blend with an immersion blender.

Camping Breakfast Sandwich

This sandwich is the best. Whatever your toppings, the lemon and garlic marinade makes for an excellent morning meal whether it's cooked over an open fire, or on your stove top. But I prefer the preparation that has me squinting through the smoke of the day's first campfire.
