Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. white balsamic or other vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (optional)
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
Directions
Add ingredients to a jar and shake or whisk in a small bowl.
This dressing is even better the next day when the ginger’s flavour has had time to combine.
Serve it with sesame seeds, edamame, bell peppers, and shredded crunchy vegetables.
