Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp each of onion and garlic powder, thyme, basil and oregano.
Directions
Salt and pepper to taste (I use less than1/2 tsp of each)
For a creamier dressing blend all ingredients with an immersion blender.
Serve it with crunchy croutons, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
