Quick and dirty. Just enough for your cauliflower wings.
Ingredients
- 5.5 oz can of tomato paste
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce (or more)
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer over very low heat for at least 30 minutes, adding a bit of water if necessary for consistency. Stir frequently and keep heat very low to prevent burning.
